I want my own set of roots- an ingrown life style that isn’t mobile or stuffed into a box or filled out on a change of address form or collecting dust in a storage unit. I don’t want my life put on hold and filled in with a temporary day to day routine to fill hours to pass time, counting down the days until I start living and growing into the ground that I choose to call home.

I want my family to stop looking at me like I have a big red negative dollar sign in front of me, and instead look at the story board of dreams I’ve compiled together for the next few years of my life.

I want Tootsie Roll flavored icecream.

In a nut-shit-shell,

My brother-in-law was back in the hospital, I fought with my Dad who refused to sign my line of credit for school in the fall, and I have to be at work at 6 a.m. tomorrow to perform tasks that I hate for money.

But

I have a new home address - and that feels pretty damn good.

Also- I get to see my love in less than 2 days.

Things are looking up- finally.
